Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the merchandise without providing a reason. The cancellation period ends 30 days after you or a designated third party (not the carrier) receives the product.

Refunds & Store Credit:
Digital Products: All sales of digital products, including eBooks, guides, and downloadable resources, are final and non-refundable. If you encounter any issues or feel the product did not meet your expectations, please contact us. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and may offer:

Physical Merchandise: We provide store credit only for returned merchandise. Refunds are not issued for physical products. Store credit is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance and can be applied toward any future merchandise purchase.
Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return and store credit, the following conditions must be met:
Merchandise must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
Merchandise must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for returns:
Digital products, including eBooks, guides, and downloadable resources.
Personalized or custom-made items.
Items unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health, hygiene, or safety reasons.
Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Returning Merchandise:
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning physical merchandise.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged merchandise during return shipping. Store credit will only be issued once we receive the returned item in acceptable condition.
Gifts:
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued once the return is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, store credit will be provided to the original purchaser.
